Emily and Dan's day started at Emily's parents' house, and the atmosphere there set the tone for everything that followed — high energy, a lot of laughing, genuinely fun to be around. That carried right through to the end of the night.
The Old Mill was a new venue for me and it didn't disappoint. The gardens are stunning, and the house with its wisteria is genuinely beautiful — the kind of building that does half the work for you before you've filmed anything. Their ceremony was in the conservatory, which was gorgeous: light, open, and easy to move around without ever being in the way.
Mostly though it was just a fun day spent with a couple, their family and their friends, which is when this job is at its best.
