Dean Sherwood is a cinematic documentary wedding filmmaker based in Hertfordshire — this is home, and it's where I've filmed more than anywhere. Being local matters more than it sounds. I'm not navigating an unfamiliar venue on the morning of your wedding — I know where the light lands at four o'clock, which room goes quiet, where people drift to when the speeches end. That's the difference between catching a moment and turning towards it a second too late.
No setups, no posing, nothing repeated for the camera. I arrive during preparations and stay well beyond the first dance.
