The Columbia Hotel Wedding Videographer - Alessia & Harley’s stylish London Celebration
The Columbia Hotel & Hyde Park, London · 25th July 2026 · Very hot and sunny
A stunning day in central London. We started in the preparation rooms at The Columbia Hotel — genuinely lovely spaces to film in, which isn't always a given with hotel prep.
The ceremony was held in one of the hotel's rooms, decorated with paintings by a local artist, and the whole day had a very Vogue-ish feel to it. The Columbia has a lot of beautiful rooms, which meant plenty of options for couple portraits without ever having to leave the building.
I worked alongside the brilliant photographer Nicole Walker on this one, which made for an easy day — a good photographer-videographer relationship changes how the whole thing runs, and we were able to stay out of each other's way while both getting what we needed.
Later we headed out into Hyde Park with Alessia and Harley for some more relaxed footage. Very hot, very sunny, and a lot of fun. The evening carried on in the same spirit.
I'd happily work at The Columbia again — it's a stunning location inside and out.
