Nymans Wedding Videographer | Iona & Quinn's West Sussex Wedding

Nymans, Handcross, West Sussex · 22nd August 2026 · Sunny and warm

Iona and Quinn's wedding was so much fun — and I hope that comes through in the teaser above.

The Venue

Nymans is one of those places that genuinely makes a filmmaker's job easier just by existing. The Italianate ceremony building, the floral architecture, the Japanese garden, the ruins — every corner of the estate offers something different. There's real history here, and it shows. I've filmed at a lot of beautiful venues but Nymans has a quality that's hard to put into words — it's cinematic before you've even pressed record.

The Ceremony

The ceremony took place in the Loggia, the Italianate building at the heart of the sunken garden, with roses climbing the arches and the grounds stretching out around it. On a warm August day with that much light, it was a beautiful thing to film.

The Grounds

The drone footage gives you a real sense of the scale and variety of the place — the ruins, the gardens, the Japanese garden — but you have to walk it to truly appreciate it. It's unlike anywhere else I film.

The Suppliers

Photography by Benji North, catering by The Garden Chef, wedding coordination by Sophie Sherriff, wedding car by Deluxe Wedding Cars, flowers by Jasmine Shenfield.

I'd come back to Nymans in a heartbeat. Find out more about weddings at Nymans here.
